Marketing & Sales Counselor (Full-Time)

Overview We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and relationship-driven Marketing & Sales Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will connect with prospective residents and their families, guide them through the move-in journey, and help create a welcoming and supportive experience from first contact to move-in day. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong sales and customer service skills, who thrives in a people-focused environment and is passionate about helping seniors and their families make important life decisions. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with prospective residents and families through phone outreach, follow-up communication, and in-person meetings Conduct community tours and present the benefits, services, and lifestyle offered Guide individuals and families through the move-in and contract process Meet and exceed established sales and occupancy goals Maintain accurate records and customer information Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail Collaborate with team members to support a positive resident experience Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum of 4 years of experience in senior living, retirement living, sales, or customer service-related environments Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, caring environment Professional, compassionate, and customer-focused approach Compensation Salary Range: $42,000 – $48,000 annually, plus commission This is an on-site position. #J-18808-Ljbffr Fox Run at Orchard Park
