We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic and collaborative litigation team. What We Offer A supportive, team-oriented environment built on respect, professionalism, and collaboration Continued investment in technology, systems, and efficient processes A challenging, fast-paced, and engaging caseload Competitive compensation Long-term growth and advancement opportunities Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off: 6 Personal Days and 6 Sick Days Paid Holidays Free On-Site Parking Key Responsibilities Assist the trial team from filing of the complaint through trial Draft, propound, and respond to extensive discovery Prepare motions, oppositions, and replies Draft pleadings, declarations, exhibit lists, and other litigation documents Maintain accurate calendaring and deadline management Notice depositions, hearings, and other court appearances Coordinate CourtCall and appearance attorneys Organize and prepare documents for filing Draft professional correspondence Assist with special projects as assigned Qualifications Strong understanding of Personal Injury law, including pre-litigation and litigation phases Prior experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and strong work ethic Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, along with a positive, respectful, and collaborative work environment.
