Treasury Analyst

KBW Financial Staffing is working with a client in Boston, MA looking for a Treasury Analyst to join their team. This position is hybrid, 4 days a week in office and salary range is $75-90K + Bonus depending on experience. Responsibilities Managed daily cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and cash positioning to optimize funding and minimize borrowing costs. Partnered with FP&A, AP, and internal teams to support fundings, payments, and cash forecasting activities. Improved treasury operations through process automation using advanced Excel and AI tools to increase efficiency and accuracy. Supported banking, compliance, lender reporting, and financial reporting processes, including KYC, borrowing bases, and management presentations. Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with 1–3 years of experience in treasury, corporate accounting, or finance; structured debt experience preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with AI productivity tools to support analysis, reconciliation, and reporting. Experience with treasury or loan management systems such as Hazeltree or Hypercore is a plus. Highly motivated professional with strong work ethic, communication skills, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
