RN - ICU Nurse in Lafayette, LA | 12-Hour Shifts | Competitive Pay

What You'll Do:

Provide expert nursing care in the ICU setting, supporting critically ill patients
Utilize the nursing process for comprehensive patient assessments and interventions
Effectively communicate with patients, families, and the healthcare team
Document patient care accurately using EPIC and other healthcare software
Assess learning needs and educate patients and families on care plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote optimal patient outcomes
Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and safety protocols

What You Need:

Current RN license in Louisiana
BLS, ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
NIH Stroke Certification (preferred)
Minimum of 2 years of ICU RN experience
Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills
