Occupational Therapist (OT) - Post-Acute Rehab (SNF) - PRNAs a PRN Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients with challenges related to mobility, cognition, strength, and activities of daily living. You'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver individualized, patient-centered care in accordance with AOTA standards.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patients within 24–48 hours of physician ordersDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansSupervise OTAs and support care deliveryCommunicate with physicians, care teams, patients, and familiesDocument care, progress, and billing accuratelyParticipate in care planning and discharge processesProvide caregiver and staff trainingRecommend adaptive equipment to support patient outcomesWhat You BringStrong communication and interpersonal skillsClinical judgment and problem-solving abilityHigh level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentialityPassion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered careQualificationsBachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational TherapyActive Occupational Therapist license (state-specific)
