This role involves performing routine imaging examinations in Diagnostic Radiology and requires expertise in various radiology applications. The technologist will operate equipment such as Fuji and Phillips and should have pediatric experience.

Key Responsibilities of the X-Ray Technologist

• Perform routine and emergency imaging examinations in Diagnostic Radiology
• Review and evaluate requisitions for diagnostic imaging procedures
• Abstract data from patient charts and determine the appropriateness of procedures
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions through INeedit application
• Operate equipment in areas such as plain films, portable imaging, and fluoroscopy
• Proficient use of radiology applications like Citrix, Radnet, and Radstar

Requirements of the X-Ray Technologist

• MA Radiologic Technologist license
• ARRT (R) certification
• Pediatric Experience
• BLS certification
• Preferred: Experience in Fluoroscopy and OR
