Our award-winning State Farm Agency is looking for you to help us grow! We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented 'can-do' individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to handle various sales and administrative tasks. Reliability and integrity are a MUST! Want to know your role?
Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist with sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records and reports.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that improve customer engagement.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
Bilingual (Spanish) is a huge plus!
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering results.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
