Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Assist with sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records and reports.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that improve customer engagement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.

Bilingual (Spanish) is a huge plus!

Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
