Job Description NIA has open BCBA positions in the DeKalb School District 428 (DeKalb, IL) and District 300 (Carpentersville, Algonquin, Dundee, Hampshire, Lake in the Hills, IL) 180 Days, 7.5 Hours/Day Salary Range: $51,585 - $104,303 depending on experience NIA is looking for BCBAs to join our dynamic team serving 68 school districts throughout Northern Illinois. You will play a crucial role in collaborating with educators, administrators, and other specialists to develop and implement effective programs, policies, and practices that support students with a range of disabilities. With a focus on neurodiversity-affirming practices and the latest in behavior science, you'll help empower students to thrive in their educational environments. Qualifications: Must be certified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Illinois licensure or the ability to practice in Illinois as determined by the Illinois State Board of Education. Master's degree or Doctorate in applied behavioral sciences, psychology, education, or other related fields required. Proficiency with school-based technology and office equipment, including computers and specialized software applications like Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
