Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, employing standardized tools and interviews to inform your approach. \n
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances and preferences. \n
- Provide ongoing individual therapy sessions, focusing on techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant methodologies. \n
- Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, actively monitoring their progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans. \n
- Utilize teletherapy tools to offer accessible and flexible sessions for clients who have mobility or transportation challenges while maintaining the highest quality of care. \n
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards for client records and treatment notes. \n
- Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills, staying abreast of the latest research and therapeutic practices. \n
This role serves a diverse clientele who may be experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The focus is on providing empathetic, culturally competent care tailored to each individual’s unique background and experiences. You will work closely with clients to navigate their emotions and develop coping strategies that foster resilience and self-efficacy.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required. \n
- A master's degree or doctoral degree in a related field, such as Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy. \n
- Demonstrated ability to develop therapeutic relationships characterized by trust, respect, and empathy. \n
- Strong communication skills to engage clients effectively and convey necessary information clearly. \n
- Ability to manage a caseload confidently while adhering to ethical guidelines and best practices in mental health treatment. \n

- Experience working in a telehealth or remote therapy capacity is highly preferred. \n
- Expertise in specific therapeutic modalities that enhance client outcomes, particularly with underserved populations. \n
- Prior engagement in community outreach or mental health advocacy work is an asset. \n

- Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to USD 140,000, commensurate with experience. \n
