Embedded Software Engineer

Description:
ENG- Perform requirements analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, integration, and maintenance of embedded real-time C++ software and Data Distribution Service (DDS) middleware software for missile programs. Support software engineering activities in an onsite, full-time environment.

#Education & Job Requirements
*Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering and typically 11+ years of work-related experience
*Proficiency in real-time embedded C++ programming
*Hands-on experience with Data Distribution Service (DDS) middleware software
*Device driver software experience
*Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
*Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
#Preferred Skills
*Experience with Linux operating systems
*Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and GitLab

*Perform requirements analysis for embedded real-time software supporting missile programs
*Design embedded real-time C++ software and Data Distribution Service (DDS) middleware software
*Develop software functionality according to established requirements
*Implement embedded software solutions for missile program applications
*Test software functionality and performance
*Integrate embedded software within missile program systems
*Maintain embedded real-time C++ software and DDS middleware software
