Angels Baseball & Softball Camps Director (Costa Mesa - Central Orange County) Angels Baseball Camps is now hiring a Site Director for our summer youth baseball and softball camps throughout Orange County and Riverside County. We provide the equipment, training, and curriculum. Your role will lead the team to create a wonderful learning experience that leaves campers with a love of the game, new friends, better skills, and an appreciation for personal accountability. Location: Sites across Orange County and Riverside County. Primary location: Irvine. Schedule: Full time. Job Type: Temporary. Compensation: $1,360.00 – $1,500.00 per day (or weekly). Key Responsibilities Work outdoors with young campers and connect with others who have similar interests. Share baseball/softball knowledge with campers and enhance their Angels Camps experience. Make a positive difference in the lives of our youth. Help young people develop a love of the game and the Los Angeles Angels. Be eligible for free tickets to select Los Angeles Angels home games. Participate in the end‑of‑summer rally at Angels Stadium. We are looking for a Site Director who: Is an experienced leader, self‑starter, and excellent communicator. Is passionate about creating a positive impact on children, families, coaches, and the local community. Has experience working with children ages 4‑13 and coaching/playing baseball/softball at a high school level or higher. Is acutely aware of physical and emotional safety, with the ability to problem‑solve in real time. Leads by example with strong character, integrity, and a positive attitude. Is dependable and reliable; someone who can be counted on. Thrives on providing candid feedback to team members, helping them grow personally and professionally. Has experience and comfort with technology to ensure efficient camp operations. Core Responsibilities Ensure a safe camp environment for all campers. Supervise, manage, and motivate staff and campers, ensuring a high‑quality camp experience. Execute the Los Angeles Angels Baseball Camps Curriculum daily. Provide feedback and suggestions during drills and games. Highlight teachable moments for campers to learn and grow. Collaborate with diverse team members to uphold the Angels Baseball Camps stellar reputation. Qualifications for the Site Director position Be prepared to make a 6‑week commitment Monday‑Friday for approximately eight hours per day. Angels Baseball & Softball Camps run every week from July 6, 2026 to August 14, 2026. Be prepared to travel to each site with reliable personal transportation. Be able to pass a comprehensive background screening. Be a polished professional with demonstrated leadership ability.
