Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist

Oak Street Health seeks a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to support high-quality, patient-centered primary care for adults on Medicare. In this full-time, on-site role, you will room patients, obtain vitals, update histories, and perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, and point-of-care testing. You’ll assist providers during exams, maintain exam rooms and supplies, and document in the EHR. You’ll educate patients, coordinate referrals and labs, and uphold infection control standards, contributing to a collaborative team focused on preventative care in underserved communities.
