Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health concerns, utilizing standardized tools and methodologies to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with clients in setting achievable therapeutic goals and monitor progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions tailored to clients' preferences, ensuring accessibility for those facing mobility and geographical challenges.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and session notes to adhere to ethical and regulatory standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient management.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in Tennessee as a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
