Overview We are seeking a dedicated Ambulatory Clinic Nurse Supervisor (RN) for our Spine Center Procedures located in Kansas City, KS. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily clinic operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and coordinate staff activities to optimize workflow and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities Supervising nursing staff, providing mentorship, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Coordinating patient scheduling, pre- and post-procedure care, and documentation processes. Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to improve clinic efficiency and patient outcomes. Monitoring quality metrics and implementing process improvements.
