We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Trailboss to lead our junk hauling crews. Based out of Argyle, TX, this role involves managing small teams on local daily routes through mixed urban and rural areas, representing Wrangler Hauling & Disposal with professionalism. The Trailboss will handle driving, crew leadership, and route coordination to ensure efficient and safe operations.

 

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles on mixed urban and rural routes
• Lead and manage a small crew of 2-5 members
• Plan and navigate routes efficiently
• Maintain and inspect equipment regularly
• Load and unload materials safely and effectively
• Communicate with crew using mobile apps for coordination
• Keep accurate records of jobs and time management
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures at all times

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in driving and crew leadership
• Proficient in vehicle operation and route navigation
• Strong team leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of safety procedures and equipment inspection
• Effective problem solving and time management abilities
• Familiarity with mobile apps for team coordination
