Job Description Our well-established, growing Land Surveying and Engineering firm is looking for a Professional Land Surveyor . We work hard to ensure projects are planned, designed & managed to meet not only high expectations, but to exceed clients' goals as well. Position responsibilities:
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules
- Produce competitive proposals and review project budgets
- Supervise field surveyors and office drafters
- Ensure teams are equipped with personal protective equipment and adhere to safety protocols
- Attend project meetings and provide QA/QC support
- Maintain compliance with survey regulations
- Research property boundaries and related documents
Position essential job functions:
- Lead survey crews
- Advanced understanding of coordinate systems and vertical datums
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively
- Strong problem-solving skills
Position skills:
- Over 10 years of land surveying experience
- Colorado PLS license
- Strong communication skills
- Motivated and detail-oriented mindset
