Role Description The Web Designer will create and maintain visually engaging, user-friendly websites that support clients’ marketing goals and clearly communicate their value to property management audiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing page layouts, crafting graphics and visual assets, implementing responsive web design, and collaborating with marketing and development teams to ensure consistency between brand, content, and user experience. The role involves translating strategic requirements and analytics insights into effective web designs, optimizing interfaces for usability, and performing regular updates to keep sites current and functional. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Orlando, FL, working closely with colleagues to deliver clear, trackable results for clients. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Web Design and Responsive Web Design skills to build modern, user-centered websites in Squarespace, WordPress, and other CMS systems. Candidates should possess Graphic Design and Graphics skills to produce high-quality visual assets aligned with brand guidelines. Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Adobe Creative Cloud is beneficial. Ability to collaborate with marketing teams, interpret analytics, and refine designs based on performance data is preferred. Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in an on-site environment.
