RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are seeking a hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our Katy, TX with $18/hr pay for a 3 months contract with potential temp to hire opportunity based on performance and business needs. Schedule: 3:00PM - 11:30PM (Monday to Friday)

Duration: 3 months contract (potential Temp to Hire)

What You'll Do

• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Pack products according to customer and company specifications.
• Stage completed shipments and prepare orders for carrier pickup.
• Verify product quantities, labels, and shipping information for accuracy.
• Coordinate with carriers and dock personnel to support smooth outbound shipments.

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, or shipping experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work the full 2nd-shift schedule.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
• Must wear required steel-toe footwear.
