Available schedules:

• 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

What you'll do:

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the clinical team.
• Complete accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other departments to ensure excellent resident care.
• Help create a safe, respectful, and positive environment for residents and their families.

What we're looking for:

• Current Ohio LPN license.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is a plus
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Passion for providing exceptional resident care.
