Job Summary:
A Mammography Technologist position is available in Detroit, Michigan. This role involves performing mammography procedures with a minimum of 2 years of Mammography experience. Candidates are required to bring their ARRT (Mammography) certification and BLS (American Heart Association) certification on the first day. The position requires working days, with a schedule of 8 hours per day and a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Mammography experience, ARRT (Mammography) certification, BLS (American Heart Association) certification
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Assists in breast biopsy procedures including needle localizations, stereotactic biopsies, and ductograms. Instructs and positions patients to obtain diagnostic-quality radiographs. Ensures work area meets safety, equipment supply, and cleanliness standards. Manually enters data for preparation of dictation and billing. Adheres to all organizational policies and procedures. Performs scheduled on-call duties as needed. Works one or two Saturdays per month.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must have 2+ years of Mammography experience and ARRT (M) certification.
