About the Role The Process Technician position focuses on supporting solar module manufacturing operations. This entry-level role includes full training and involves assisting with maintaining stable production processes, identifying operational issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or Associate degree (technical background is a plus) No prior solar experience required— manufacturing experience preferred Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment Good attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility Willingness to work on-site and adapt to shift schedules if needed Preferred Qualifications: Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments Basic mechanical or hands-on skills Familiarity with quality inspection or production processes Responsibilities: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to perform daily production tasks Monitor production processes and report any abnormalities (e.g., defects, equipment issues) Assist Engineers in troubleshooting and basic process adjustments Record production data and complete reports accuratelySupport equipment checks and routine maintenance activities Maintain a clean and organized work environment (5S) Participate in training programs and continuously learn new skills #J-18808-Ljbffr SEG MANUFACTURING INC
