Listed Clearing Specialist

We’re looking for a Listed Clearing Specialist with hands-on experience across equity clearing, settlements, and back-office operations. Responsibilities: Support settlements, controls, cash management, and client service for listed products Manage DTC cash equity settlements, stock borrow/loan, and OCC options clearing Monitor trade activity across the full lifecycle, including reconciliations, dividend processing, option expirations, exercises, and assignments Ensure DTC/OCC positions and balances are aligned with internal systems Investigate and resolve transaction exceptions and settlement failures Oversee and monitor work performed by outsourced/offsite operations teams Work closely with clearing houses, custodians, banks, and internal stakeholders Support clearinghouse margin requirements, reporting, audits, and regulatory requests Requirements: 3+ years of relevant financial services or back-office operations experience Strong knowledge of DTC clearing Experience with equity settlements, reconciliations, and the full trade lifecycle Working knowledge of OCC / options clearing preferred Stock loan experience is a plus Broadridge Shadow platform experience is a plus Ability to effectively oversee and work with outsourced operational teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
