Desired Qualifications:

• Valid licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist in the state of Georgia
• Graduate degree (Ed.S., MA, or Ph.D.) in School Psychology or related field
• Experience working in school settings, conducting psychometric assessments, and developing intervention plans
• Strong communication, consultation, and advocacy skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and staff
• Familiarity with Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RtI) preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations to determine student needs
• Interpret assessment data and collaborate with IEP/504 teams to develop individualized educational plans
• Offer individual and group counseling to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
• Consult with teachers, school staff, and families on academic and behavioral interventions
• Participate in crisis prevention and intervention services as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ethical and legal standards in student services
• Support positive school climate initiatives and provide professional development as appropriate
