Computer Repair Technician - Troubleshoot and Repair - Day/Swing

Job Overview Johnson Service Group is seeking to hire multiple positions for Repair Technician I for a contract position for Day and Swing shifts that can go full time based on performance. This position will be troubleshooting and repairing servers. Pay & Shift Day Shift (6:55 a.m. - 3:25 p.m.) – $25.50 per hour Swing Shift (3:45 p.m. - 12:15 a.m.) – $27.00 per hour Graveyard Shift (10:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.) – $29.50 per hour Responsibilities Perform set‑up, calibration, testing and moderately complex troubleshooting of complex circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies. Skills Ability to effectively work in a team environment. Effective communication and ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Strong understanding of manufacturing documentation. Knowledge of basic office applications, e.g., MS Office (Word, Excel) – spreadsheets and databases. Strong knowledge and understanding of computer hardware. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues or failures and communicate findings in written form. Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift, push, and/or move up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand for a prolonged period. Ability to work on ladders. Education & Experience Typically requires 1-2 years of related experience. Associate of Science in Computer Science and/or equivalent experience in related field.
