Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing requests and coordinating personalized services Schedule and oversee home service appointments, vendor visits, and maintenance tasks Research and arrange lifestyle services including errands, reservations, and special requests Maintain detailed client profiles and preferences to ensure a tailored experience Communicate proactively with clients to provide updates and confirm service delivery Build and manage relationships with trusted local vendors and service providers Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of service Requirements: Previous experience as a personal concierge, personal assistant, executive assistant, household manager, or similar position preferred. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Professional appearance and demeanor. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable handling confidential information. Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules. Dependable, punctual, trustworthy, and service-oriented.
