Strategic Finance Associate

Responsibilities Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering to ensure alignment between financial goals and day-to-day execution. Drive financial visibility by owning reporting, forecasting, KPI setting, and board‑ready communications. Lead strategic projects that require both financial rigor and operational follow‑through — from building models to coordinating implementation across teams. Step into critical gaps in company operations: streamline processes, improve internal systems, and ensure execution on key initiatives. Act as a force multiplier for leadership by tackling high-priority projects (strategic finance, operations, or special projects) and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Qualifications 4‑5 years of relevant work experience with at least 2 years in Investment banking or Management Consulting and ideally, 2 years in a high‑growth startup. Strong financial modeling skills and Excel proficiency. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects independently.
