Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health and emotional states, utilizing various diagnostic tools and interviewing techniques. \n
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals. \n
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual therapy, family sessions, and group therapy settings. \n
- Regularly monitor and document client progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. \n
- Offer timely crisis intervention to clients in acute distress, ensuring immediate support and safety. \n
- Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and secure client records in compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards. \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals—including psychiatrists and social workers—to ensure that clients receive holistic and integrated care. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development through supervision and relevant training programs, staying abreast of the latest mental health treatment methodologies. \n
- Uphold ethical standards and best practices as outlined by relevant licensing boards and mental health organizations. \n
In this role, you will primarily work with youth and families, addressing a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and your expertise will be vital in providing culturally sensitive and individualized care that promotes healing and resilience.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. \n
- Current state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW). \n
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a proven ability to design effective treatment plans. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients. \n
- Empathy, compassion, and a genuine commitment to enhancing client well-being. \n
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting. \n
- Thorough knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal statutes governing mental health practice. \n

- A minimum of three years' experience in a similar mental health counseling role, preferably with youth and family-oriented services. \n
- Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, or trauma-informed care. \n
