Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health and emotional states, utilizing various diagnostic tools and interviewing techniques.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual therapy, family sessions, and group therapy settings.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Offer timely crisis intervention to clients in acute distress, ensuring immediate support and safety.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and secure client records in compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals—including psychiatrists and social workers—to ensure that clients receive holistic and integrated care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through supervision and relevant training programs, staying abreast of the latest mental health treatment methodologies.

• Uphold ethical standards and best practices as outlined by relevant licensing boards and mental health organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).
