The hardest part of earning your CDL-A shouldnt be finding a company willing to put you in the drivers seat.
O'Connell Motor Freight is currently hiring CDL-school graduates for regional dry van routes with weekly home time. No professional driving experience is required. If you completed at least 120 hours of CDL instruction and meet company and DOT hiring standards, this is your opportunity to start driving.
Youll receive paid training before taking on steady regional freight. The job also offers drop-and-hook loads, brand-new trucks, weekly pay of $1,600-$1,800+, and a full benefits package.

You dont need years of experience behind the wheel. This position is designed for drivers who have completed CDL school and are ready to begin working in the industry.
Qualified applicants must have:
- A valid Class A CDL
- At least 120 hours of CDL-school instruction
- The ability to meet company hiring standards
- The ability to meet all applicable DOT requirements
