Junior Test Engineer

Description Operations Engineering Everett Washington Full-time Reports to: Engineering Manager Partners across: R&D Production and Service (Repair & Calibration) SECTION 1 Why should you join Fluke Health Solutions Everett Ops Everett Operations is intentionally transforming how engineering supports the factory moving from reactive daily firefighting to a preventive capability-driven model. This position would be a developing test engineer supporting an assigned product cell added to relieve the overallocated test-engineering coverage. Builds first-pass-yield and test-development depth under the guidance of senior engineers and the Principal/Metrologist.

SECTION 2 What this role entails: Support test development and fixture maintenance for assigned products. Execute yield-troubleshooting and data analysis under general supervision. Support maintain and improve test systems throughout the factory. Assist sustaining and NPI test activities for the cell. Document test methods and contribute to CAPA investigations. Validate test stations per existing processes and document accordingly. Apply FBS Standard Work; participate in Kaizen. Ensure conformance to the ISO 13485 / FDA 21 CFR 820 quality system.

SECTION 3 Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in engineering (Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology preferred). 0-3 years of engineering experience (internship/co-op counts). Foundational test measurement data-analysis and metrology skills. Good understanding of analog and digital based circuitry and ability to read schematics.

Preferred Qualifications Exposure to automated test or LabVIEW Root cause analysis experience using various problem-solving methodologies. Interest in medical device manufacturing. Experience with Quality Management systems in a highly regulated industry. Knowledge of ISO 13485 / FDA 21 CFR 820 requirements is a plus.
