Schedule: Monday–Saturday, varies between 8:30 AM and 7:00 PM EST

OneSource Financial partners with dealerships deliver fast, fair, and compliant financing options to their customers. We’re growing our Indirect Lending team and looking for a friendly, decisive underwriter who pairs sound credit judgment with excellent service.

Role Summary

OneSource Financial is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Automotive Title & Billing Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate preparation and processing of loan documentation, title work, and DMV paperwork for all retail transactions originating from our F&I dealerships. This is a critical role that supports the seamless flow of deals from the dealership floor to funding, requiring a high standard of accuracy, organization, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare complete and accurate loan closing packages for all retail deals, ensuring compliance with lender-specific requirements across a variety of financial institutions.
· Review and verify that all documents are properly signed, executed, and ready for lender submission.
· Ensure all DMV paperwork is completed with the appropriate lienholder information
· Maintain accurate and organized records of unperfected liens for each lienholder
· Verify the placement of lines and provide proof to the lien holder, which will frequently require in-depth research.
· Follow-up on all perfected liens with dealers, lienholders, and, if applicable, customers to ensure resolution.
· Communicate professionally with clients regarding loan documentation requirements and outstanding items.
· Maintain organized deal jackets and perform light filing of folders and related paperwork.
· Provide general administrative and office support as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience preferred however not necessary 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor explanations to dealers, customers, and state/government agencies.
• Ability to research, problem-solve, and work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proven time management and autonomy in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment; strong problem-solving and independent judgment.
• Customer-service mindset with a professional, friendly approach
• High integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
