ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I've been with State Farm for 10 years and just celebrated my 5th anniversary as an agent on December 7th! I'm proud to lead a team of four amazing women who bring diverse backgrounds to our office, including banking, teaching, auto sales, respiratory therapy, and even a YouTube influencer with over 100K followers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Amy Davis - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in Round Rock, TX.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
• We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
• We have 18 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
