Branch Operations Lead - Banking & Customer Growth

Job Summary:The Assistant Office Manager is responsible for providing support to the senior leaders of the office and secondaryleadership to office staff, providing a high level of customer service and assisting in ensuring the overall branch isperforming at an exceptional level.Primary Responsibilities:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform theessential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals withdisabilities to perform essential functions.Assist in all operational aspects(i.e., retail functions and maintenance for customers) includingdistribution, customer service, administration and sales in accordance with the Encore Bank's objectivesAssist in implementing strategies and operational logistics for the bank’s successAssist with internal Branch audits and security to ensure we are in compliance.Lead and direct banking operations through various managerial dutiesBuild strong relationships with office staff and customersAssist in developing strong relationships with other financial institutionsPromote products and services to customersAssess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales and partnership opportunitiesDevelop staff to support customers and overall branch operations.Meet goals and metricsNetwork to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and Encore BankOther duties as assigned by managementSupervisory Responsibilities:None.Skills and Qualifications:These specifications are general guidelines based on the minimum experience normally considered essential to thesatisfactory performance of this position.
