Construction Superintendent - Industrial

Location: Auburn Hills, MI, US Experience: Mid Level Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 per year Job Details Experience serving as a Superintendent on commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or large-scale construction projects Ability to manage all field operations from mOur Clientlization through project closeout Experience coordinating subcontractors, self-perform trades, and project schedules Knowledge of construction means, methods, sequencing, and site logistics Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents Experience conducting safety meetings and enforcing site safety standards Strong leadership and communication skills Experience managing project quality control and inspections Proficiency with construction scheduling software and field technology platforms Ability to identify and resolve field-related issues proactively Experience leading owner, architect, and subcontractor coordination efforts OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety Valid driver's license Ability to travel to project sites as required High school diploma or equivalent Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred A bit about us: Our client is an employee-owned construction organization with a long-standing presence in the Midwest and a reputation for delivering complex commercial, industrial, manufacturing, and specialty construction projects.
