Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in developing communication, language, and social interaction skills. This role focuses on providing individualized, evidence-based therapy while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary team members to support meaningful progress in daily communication and overall development. What You’ll Do Conduct evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication skills Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs Provide direct therapy services to support expressive, receptive, and social communication Address articulation, language development, and pragmatic (social) skills Monitor progress and adjust interventions using data and clinical observation Collaborate with families, teachers, and clinical staff to support skill carryover Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Participating in team meetings, training, and professional development What We’re Looking For Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred Bilingual skills a plus Strong clinical, communication, and collaboration skills Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care What We Offer Paid time off and holidays Supportive, interdisciplinary team environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
