Job Description

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinating clinical trials and managing patient visits for 5 to 7 complex oncology/urology studies.
\n
• Performing clinical tasks and procedures, including phlebotomy, catheter insertion, and handling male and female genitalia.
\n
• Managing study logistics, including scheduling patient imaging, biopsies, and outside vendors.
\n
• Assisting physicians with patient flow and protocol requirements during visits.
\n
• Working alongside central teams to support data entry and patient recruitment tasks.
\n

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

\n

\n
• Minimum 3+ years of Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) experience.
\n
• Strong clinical/medical skill set, including phlebotomy and general medical procedures.
\n
• Experience managing 5 to 7 complex oncology trials and handling high-logistics workflows (scheduling imaging, biopsies, and vendor coordination).
\n
• Direct experience in Urology, Oncology, or Cardiology is preferred (Urology-specific clinical duties can be trained).
\n
• Full willingness to perform hands-on urologic procedures, including handling male and female genitalia and placing catheters.
\n
• Professional demeanor with an assertive, direct communication style suited for fast-paced, highly demanding physicians.
\n
• Geographical flexibility to work out of site in Fairfax, VA, with required willingness to travel to Alexandria and Manasasses locations sometimes.
