Position: Medical Assistant - Primary Care Clinic Location: Glendale, AZ 85306 Job Id: 1244-GL # of Openings: 3 Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Family Practice Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team in Glendale, AZ. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and play a key role in supporting our providers by facilitating orders, managing referrals, and ensuring smooth clinical operations. Key Responsibilities F ocuses on patient priorities with a kind and caring attitude to ensure quality care. Prepare examination rooms and assist with patient procedures. Take and record vital signs and patient history. Administer medications and injections as directed by a physician. Facilitates provider orders, including labs, radiology and referrals. Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment. Qualifications Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or relevant certification. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Previous experience as a Medical Assistant in a family practice or primary care setting preferred. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in facilitating provider orders and managing referrals. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems. Shift Full time; shifts available between Monday - Friday 6:30 am to 6pm with mandatory 1 Saturday a month for half shift from 8:00am-12:00pm Location Glendale Arizona with possible traveling to Surprise and/or Scottsdale as needed for coverage.
