Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator - Oncology Pharmacist

Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center is hiring a board-certified oncology pharmacist (BCOP) to support hematology-oncology and infusion services in Vancouver, Washington. The role centers on regimen review, therapy optimization, and protocol development alongside medical oncologists. Responsibilities The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for the site-specific coordination of clinical and quality improvement activities. The Clinical Coordinator will participate as a member of a clinical team, composed of Clinical Coordinators from each Legacy hospital, and the Manager for Clinical/Quality Improvement. The team will design, implement and evaluate all activities related to the drug formulary, drug therapy monitoring, and professional development on a Legacy-wide basis. Qualifications Education: As required by licensure. Residency training preferred. Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in hospital practice required (five years preferred). Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions. Licensure Current Registered Pharmacist License (RPh) for applicable state required. ACLS and/or PALS required within three months of hire. Pay Range USD $87.34 - USD $101.31 /Hr.
