Recruiter Location: Western Suburbs of Chicago We are seeking a natural relationship builder who enjoys connecting with people and solving problems. What You'll Do Source, recruit, and interview professionals for permanent career opportunities. Build relationships with candidates and guide them through the hiring process. Present qualified candidates to existing clients. Develop new client relationships and grow your own book of business. Manage client accounts and provide exceptional customer service. Stay informed on hiring trends and industry developments. What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and clients. Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Professional, positive attitude with a desire to learn. Sales, recruiting, account management, customer service, business development, or related experience is a plus, but not required. What We Offer Comprehensive training program.
