At Home Therapy PT OT SLP
About the Job Are you an Occupational Therapist looking for more flexibility in your schedule? @Home Therapy is seeking a dedicated OT to provide personalized home-based therapy services to adults and older adults in the Jackson Heights area. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work directly with patients in their home environment and help them improve their ability to perform everyday activities safely and independently. Your Role Will Include:
- Evaluating patients' functional abilities and needs.
- Creating personalized occupational therapy programs.
- Supporting independence with ADLs and other daily activities.
- Assessing upper extremity function, coordination, cognition, and safety.
- Providing education to patients and caregivers.
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Create a schedule that works for you.
- Work as an independent contractor.
- Receive support with scheduling and administrative needs.
- Focus on personalized, one-on-one patient care.
- Earn competitive per-visit compensation.
- Current NYS Occupational Therapist license.
- Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently.
- EMR documentation experience preferred.
