Location: Indianapolis & Surrounding Central Indiana Counties (Hamilton, Hendricks, Boone, Johnson, Morgan, Hancock, Shelby) Pay: $17–$22 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Part-time and full-time shifts available, flexible scheduling

Amazing Personal Service Agency (APSA) is hiring caring, dependable In-Home Caregivers,  Caregiver/Homemakers to join our growing team across Indianapolis and Central Indiana.

APSA is a non-medical, white-glove concierge home care agency committed to delivering personalized, dignified care to seniors and individuals who want to remain comfortably and independently at home. We serve clients throughout Indianapolis and Central Indiana, including Carmel, Fishers, Westfield, Zionsville, Avon, Brownsburg, etc., with a warm, professional approach that prioritizes their comfort, independence, and quality of life. As a In-Home Caregiver, Homemaker, you'll focus on keeping our clients' homes running smoothly while providing kind, attentive companionship. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Performing light housekeeping such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and tidying living areas
• Washing, drying, folding, and putting away laundry and linens
• Changing bed linens and maintaining clean, comfortable sleeping areas
• Planning, shopping for, and preparing nutritious meals based on client preferences and dietary needs
• Washing dishes and keeping kitchens clean and organized
• Running errands, including grocery shopping, prescription pickups, and dry cleaning
• Providing transportation to appointments, social outings, and community activities
• Offering meaningful companionship, conversation, reading, games, walks, and shared activities
• Providing medication reminders (no administration or injections)
• Assisting with light personal care needs, such as grooming reminders or wardrobe selection
• Monitoring and reporting any changes in client well-being, mood, or home environment to the care team and family
• Documenting daily activities and following the individualized client care plan
• Upholding client dignity, privacy, and respect in every interaction

• A genuine heart for serving seniors and individuals needing support at home
• Must pass a thorough background check
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
• Strong housekeeping, organization, and meal preparation skills
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, respectful demeanor
• Ability to follow a care plan and work independently in a client's home
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous experience as a homemaker, In-Home caregiver, housekeeper, or in a similar in-home role
• Experience cooking for seniors or individuals with specific dietary needs
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or HHA (Home Health Aide) certification is a plus, though not required for this role
• Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
