Position Summary As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of The Chef's Warehouse within your territory, building trusted relationships with chefs, restaurant owners, and foodservice operators. You'll help customers discover products and solutions that elevate their menus, improve operations, and grow their businesses. This role offers the opportunity to develop and expand a portfolio of accounts, win new business, and increase your earnings through an uncapped commission structure. You'll have the autonomy to manage your territory while being supported by an industry-leading team of sales, culinary, protein, and produce experts. Experience as a chef or working closely with foodservice professionals is a plus. Relationship-Focused: You enjoy building trust, developing customer relationships, and helping others succeed.
