Our clinicians treat a wide range of diagnoses including neurological conditions, stroke, medically complex cases, cognitive-communication disorders, and swallowing impairments. Your Role: As a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) in this inpatient hospital setting, you will: Perform comprehensive speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing evaluations Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Provide skilled intervention for dysphagia, communication disorders, and cognitive deficits Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, case management, and PT/OT teams Educate patients and families on treatment strategies and discharge planning Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with hospital standards This is an experienced-level role and is not designed for new graduates. Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required Active Kentucky SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) Minimum of 1+ year of clinical experience preferred Prior inpatient or hospital-based experience strongly preferred Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage medically complex patients Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills Why Therapists Choose H2 Health!
