This position ensures reliable daily service for schools, community organizations, and contracted clients. The Van Route Driver maintains a high standard of safety, professionalism, and customer service while operating company vehicles. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Safely operate a company van on assigned routes and schedules • Transport passengers to and from designated locations in a timely manner • Conduct pre trip and post trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns • Ensure compliance with all DOT and state transportation regulations • Maintain accurate route logs and required documentation • Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding delays or route changes • Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle interior • Provide professional and courteous service to passengers and clients • Follow company safety standards and emergency procedures Education, Experience and Skills: • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record • Previous professional driving experience preferred • Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening • Strong commitment to safety and customer service • Effective communication skills • Ability to manage time and follow assigned routes • Ability to work early mornings, afternoons, or split shifts as required #CENBig River**Average Pay Rate**23.4## **Benefits and Total Rewards**We believe in rewarding great people with meaningful benefits that support your health, growth, and long term success.### **Part Time Team Members*** Dental insurance* Vision insurance* Paid training* Annual bonus opportunity* Career development opportunities**This job description outlines the general nature and level of responsibilities associated with this position.
