You will coordinate employee onboarding, troubleshoot access and entitlement issues, and facilitate asset provisioning. Your work strengthens relationships across the business and contributes to a strong control environment. We value your proactive approach and commitment to delivering exceptional service.Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage all administrative aspects of employee onboarding for new hires and internal transfersEnsure proper technology, system, and building access is set up for employeesConduct comprehensive orientation sessions to introduce new hires to Global Banking culture, policies, systems, and technologiesServe as the main point of contact for new hires and transfers, addressing questions and concernsOrder additional systems and technology as needed for employeesBuild and strengthen relationships with hiring managers and key business partnersWork closely with senior leadership to facilitate projects and daily operationsAssist with the execution of mass onboarding for summer internsEnforce a strong control and compliance environment, identifying ways to mitigate riskGather feedback from new hires and managers to improve and streamline the onboarding processPerform a broad range of operational and support functions as requiredRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsStrong institutional knowledge of Global BankingOutstanding interpersonal, communication, and influence skills across all organizational levelsAbility to work effectively under pressureExcellent judgment, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidential informationExceptional organization, problem-solving, and process improvement skillsHighly proactive with the ability to manage competing priorities and ensure task completionConsistently role models the firm's values and code of conductPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsProject management skills to lead initiatives or support broader team effortsStrong command of MS Office suite, including CoPilotExperience with employee onboarding and operational support in a financial services environmentFamiliarity with asset and application provisioning processesKnowledge of internal partners and business processes within Global Banking**To be eligible for this role, you must be authorized to work in the United States.
