Production & Warehouse Associate - Middlebury, IN

We are currently hiring for 1 st , 2nd and 3 rd shift positions and looking to schedule interviews ASAP.


Shifts & Pay:

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 2:30 PM (overtime possible until 3:30 PM) | $18/ hr
• 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM | $20/ hr
• 3 rd - 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM I $20/ hr

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and assist with basic machine setup
• Perform general warehouse duties including packaging, labeling, and inventory tracking
• Use tools to build wood skids (nail gun, saws, tape measure)
• Operate a forklift (training provided if needed)
• Operate a Crane (training provided if needed)
• Inspect materials for quality and damage
• Move and distribute products to different departments

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, twisting, standing)
• Willingness to learn and work in both production and warehouse environments
