Required Skills & Expertise:
- Project Management
- 10+ years in IT, with 5+ years as a Project Manager in Banking domain
- Experience managing multi-million dollar programs
- Strong risk, issue, and stakeholder management skills
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar
Technical & Delivery:
- Experience managing enterprise application development or integration projects
- Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred)
- Experience with middleware, messaging systems, or core banking integrations
- Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps practices, and release management
Domain Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of Banking systems and Payment ecosystems
- Experience in:
- Digital Payments
- Card Payments
- Real-Time Payments
- Payment gateways & processors
- Reconciliation and settlement systems
