Your typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, enabling a stable work-life balance.

- Deliver direct clinical services to clients suffering from major mental health disorders and severe emotional problems in both office and community settings. \n

- Engage respectfully with clients from diverse backgrounds, demonstrating cultural competence in addressing various traditions and beliefs. \n
- Navigate and function within the organizational and financial frameworks of the Community Health Center, adhering to established guidelines. \n
- Uphold the highest professional ethical standards and conduct in all interactions with clients and colleagues. \n
- Participate actively in your own development by working on individual and group performance goals aimed at improving treatment outcomes. \n
- Identify and address potential safety concerns, ensuring a secure environment for clients and staff. \n
- Conduct thorough screenings and assessments to develop integrated care plans that adequately meet clients’ needs. \n
- Provide an array of targeted prevention, treatment, and recovery services tailored to individual client needs. \n
- Contribute to crisis intervention efforts, stepping in when immediate support is necessary. \n
- Maintain an active caseload including assessments, therapy sessions (individual, group, and family), and monitoring treatment progress. \n
- Ensure timely completion of documentation and data entry requirements. \n
- Be available for on-call coverage as needed, supporting after-hours emergencies when assigned. \n
- Engage in committee work to identify areas for improving service delivery and enhancing quality metrics. \n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
