Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) Creekside Health and Rehabilitation is looking for CNAs to cultivate lifelong relationships in our skilled nursing home. Essential Functions The QMA is responsible for providing medication administration and daily care, health needs, safety, and comfort of residents. Administer and document oral, eye, topical, suppository, ear drops, and other medications as ordered. Perform treatments for minor skin conditions per physician orders. Maintain locked medication cart and keys according to policy. Check catheters frequently and provide catheter care as assigned. Document all medications and treatments in records and nurse notes. Maintain confidentiality of residents and their care, protecting rights and privacy. Perform other duties as assigned by staff nurse or designee. Qualifications Certified by the Indiana State Department of Health as a CNA in good standing. Completed a state‑approved training program in medication administration and hold current QMA certification. Understands safe and effective nursing practices within Indiana.
