ERP Manager

Work Location: Harrisburg, PA

Role Overview:
The ERP Manager is responsible for the overall technical ownership, governance, and stability of the Oracle enterprise resource planning environment. This role manages the Oracle vendor relationship, managed services providers, integrations, extensions, environments, cloud infrastructure dependencies, and network connectivity supporting Oracle systems. The ERP Manager provides technical leadership across all ERP-related systems and partners closely with the Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain Systems Managers to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable system operation.



Primary Responsibilities:

  • Own the overall Oracle relationship, including Oracle support, managed services vendors, and implementation partners
  • Own change management, problem management, and issue management processes related to ERP systems
  • Own Oracle licensing and subscription management, including compliance and optimization
  • Own and administer Oracle Integration Cloud, including system-to-system integrations, monitoring, and error handling
  • Own and administer Visual Builder Cloud Service applications, extensions, and custom solutions
  • Own Platform as a Service and Software as a Service components supporting the Oracle environment
  • Manage environment strategy including development, test, and production environments, refresh cycles, and access coordination
  • Lead quarterly Oracle release management, including impact analysis, regression testing coordination, and production cutovers
  • Own cloud infrastructure and network dependencies supporting Oracle applications, including connectivity, identity, and access
  • Oversee network connectivity between Oracle Cloud, third-party systems, and onpremise environments
  • Troubleshoot issues related to latency, connectivity, authentication, certificates, and secure data transfer
  • Partner with internal IT, infrastructure, and external providers on network design, security, performance, and resilience
  • Serve as the primary technical escalation point for cross-domain issues and Oracle support requests
  • Establish and enforce technical standards, documentation, architecture, and governance across ERP systems
  • Partner with Systems Managers to diagnose and resolve cross-module, integration, and platform-level issues
  • Maintain system architecture documentation, runbooks, and support procedures
  • Ensure system security, access controls, and compliance with internal IT and security policies
Required Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of Oracle enterprise resource planning architecture and platform components
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture supporting enterprise applications
  • Working knowledge of networking concepts including routing, firewalls, Domain Name System, virtual private networks, and secure connectivity
  • Experience troubleshooting cloud connectivity, authentication, certificate, and performance issues
  • Experience with identity and access management, single sign-on, and role-based security models
  • Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise integrations, extensions, and technical dependencies
  • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills for complex system issues
  • Knowledge of change management and information technology service management practices
  • Strong vendor management, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Expert-level experience supporting enterprise resource planning platforms
  • Advanced hands-on experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud environments
  • Advanced experience managing integrations, middleware, and custom extensions
  • Advanced experience supporting cloud-hosted and hybrid enterprise environments
  • Advanced experience leading release management and production support for enterprise systems
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle Integration Cloud certifications preferred
  • Cloud, networking, or information technology service management certifications a plus
