We're a growing PIRTEK franchise in Las Vegas — mobile-only, fast-moving, and looking for a hunter who wants to own a territory from day one. You'll work directly with the owner, no corporate layers, no hand-holding. If you're good at opening doors and building relationships, this territory is yours to build across industrial, construction, and commercial accounts in the Las Vegas market. Responsibilities Prospect and develop new B2B accounts daily across your assigned territory Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals Conduct in-person visits to industrial, construction, and commercial sites Respond quickly to inbound leads and convert them into active accounts Identify customer needs on-site and recommend the right hose replacement solutions Track sales activity, pipeline, and account progress and report directly to the owner Represent PIRTEK professionally in the field, reinforcing the brand's reputation for speed and reliability Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless customer experience Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Preferred 2+ years of B2B, industrial, or construction field sales experience Demonstrated ability to prospect, build a pipeline, and close new business Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-starter — comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Ability to make quick, confident decisions in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and clean driving record Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Benefits Base $52,500 + commission. Strong reps earning $70,000–$75,000 in year 1. Higher rates on new accounts you open, the more you build, the more you make.
